his/her marriage with a foreigner; and for a foreigner wishing to register his/her marriage with a foreigner; we escort the married couple to register their marriage at the District Office; and we also provide interpretation service for marriage registration; after the marriage certificate is issued, we then provide translation service of such marriage certificate; in case, you are residing in the provinces, we can represent you to get the marriage certificate legalized by the Department of Consular Affairs and will deliver the legalized document to your specified address.
